Who we are

What the service does

You answer a questionnaire about an AI system your organisation uses. We generate up to four HTML documents based on your answers: an AI Literacy Policy (Article 4), a Risk Classification Memo (Articles 6 and 9), a Usage Policy (Article 26, high-risk systems only), and an AI Interaction Disclosure Policy (Article 50, where applicable). The documents are based on the published text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

These are not legal advice

We are not a law firm. Using this service does not create a solicitor-client relationship. The documents are templates — they are a starting point, not a finished compliance programme.

Before you adopt any of these documents as official policy, have a qualified lawyer check them. The EU AI Act is new and still evolving. We do not promise that documents generated today will reflect tomorrow's guidance or enforcement practice. Compliance with the regulation is your responsibility.

Payment

Previewing documents is free. You pay once to download them.

First purchase: €99. If you have paid before (verified by the email address on your Stripe receipt), the price drops to €59. Payments go through Stripe. By completing checkout you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Refunds

If a technical failure prevents you from downloading after a successful payment, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Outside of technical failures, we do not give refunds. The documents are generated and delivered immediately after payment, so the digital content has been provided.

EU consumer note: under Directive 2011/83/EU you have a right of withdrawal on digital purchases. By proceeding with payment you ask us to deliver the content immediately, which means that right no longer applies once delivery starts.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to this service is capped at the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for regulatory fines, enforcement action, or any business losses, even if we knew such losses were possible. This cap applies to the extent allowed by Finnish law.

What you may not do

Do not use this service to generate documents for a system you have no authority to assess, resell the generated documents as your own product, or attempt to scrape or overload the service.

Ownership

The documents we generate contain your data and are yours to use and modify. The templates, code, and design of the service remain ours.

Governing law

Finnish law applies. Disputes go to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Changes

The terms in effect when you paid apply to that purchase. If we update these terms, we will change the date above.
