What exactly gets tracked?

When someone follows your link, a first-party cookie stores your referral code for 60 days. If they buy in that window, the sale is recorded against your code. No third-party tracking, no cross-site profiling, and the code is validated on our side so it always points to a real partner.

Do I need to sell anything?

No. The product is self-serve and priced so a client can decide without a sales call. Most partners simply include the link when they explain what the Act requires.

Can I offer my clients a discount instead?

Yes, that can be arranged after approval. Some advisors prefer a client discount to a personal commission, particularly where charging a referral fee would create a conflict. Tell us which you prefer and we will set it up.

Is there a conflict of interest problem?

That depends on your professional obligations and your client agreements, and it is your call rather than ours. If disclosure to your client is required, disclose it. If a commission is not appropriate in your situation, take the client-discount option instead.
